We are the only licensed, accredited acute rehabilitation hospital in the Four Corners area and are located at 525 South Schwartz Ave. in Farmington, New Mexico across Maple Street from San Juan Regional Medical Center. SJRRH received full accreditation by the Joint Commission in May 2009 for three years.
